Shop MY MOM'S (!!) Bookmarks Folder
Her taste? Impeccable. Her patience for scrolling? Endless.
I consider myself someone who is seriously dedicated to the hunt, but my mom makes me look like an amateur. Not only does she have an unparalleled amount of patience when it comes to scrolling through sites like Etsy, Chairish, and eBay, but she also has incredible taste, and thus her saved folders are veritable troves of treasure. For today’s newsletter, she kindly gave me permission to plunder them (under close supervision, of course). Below, I’ve shared 14 of her recent finds, along with her thoughts about each one (why she bookmarked it, and how she would style it), plus some relevant inspirational imagery straight from her own camera roll.
Mom’s Bookmarked Items
Why she bookmarked them, and how she would style them…
Vintage ceramic lamp, $33.84. “The chicest little seaweed-green table lamp — perfect for a nightstand or desk. I’m drawn to mid-century ceramic pieces like this with lots of interesting texture.”
Vintage Liberty of London blouse, $75. “I’ve always loved Liberty fabrics and do searches for them all the time. I think this blouse would look really cute with red shorts.”
Currey and Company vase, $317. “I just want this little gal winking at me from the corner of a room. I would put it on a lower bookshelf next to a stack of vertical coffee table books, or on the floor with various other large ceramic pieces. Or you could throw a bunch of dahlias in it and put it on a buffet table.”
Vintage ceramic inkwell, $51.85. “A punch of delightful yellow to put on a shelf or coffee table. Would make a great housewarming gift for a friend.”
Vintage solid gold Jack in the box charm, $159.99. "I always keep an eye out for vintage charms that move. This jack in the box has a real spring loaded Jack that pops out when you open the box.”
Freshwater pearl necklace, $339.96. “I recently DIY’ed my own puka shell charm necklace, so I’ve been really loving that look lately. The way these pearls are shaped gives off a similar vibe, and it has the perfect clasp for charm stacking.”
Antique Viking lunar pendant, $73.09. “Dress it up with a fancy gold chain, dress it down with a leather cord, or clip it on the clasp of your puka shells.”
Estate vintage solid gold Maltese cross pendant on leather cord, $799.99. “I love a pendant that rests in the clavicle of your neck. This one would be equally wonderful on a traditional gold chain or even attached to a safety pin on the corner of your jacket as a brooch.”
Set of 11 vintage bamboo dessert forks, $76.49. “I can’t get enough bamboo. It’s so much fun to have a little gnarly, asymmetric organic element on your table alongside anything from fancy china to a more rustic ceramic piece.”

Handcrafted cube ottoman, $291. “This is one of those pieces that would look equally at home in a nursery as it would in a living room. You could also push it up under a table if you’re having people over and need an extra thing for someone to sit on.”
Antique lapis lazuli fish bead, $60. “Would look so cool strung on a piece of thin orange silk cord.”
Vintage linen shirt jacket, $67.41. “I love linen in general, but this piece looks really special. I like how it’s asymmetrical and can work as either a top or a jacket”
Antique near eastern intaglio pendant, $150. “A very cool and different addition to any charm pendant stack on your favorite chain.”
Vintage ceramic ox, $143. “Don’t you just want to put this little ox on top of some coffee table books? He’s exquisite.”

THANKS MOM I LOVE YOU.
